If you open a browser tab and enter "speed test" in the address box you'll get a button to tap and run speed tests for both download and upload.
The download speed from my Internet Service Provider is classified as one gig. That's 1,024 Mega Bytes (MB), mega being one million.
I've run the test a few times and about the fastest download speed is about 550 MB. That's a little more than half of what I could get, i.e.:
What I'm paying for.
Sometimes the download speed is about 350 MB.
I did a quick search and found this at speedtest.net where an image suggests that speeds greater than 100 MB are fast:
